Community Participation (CP)
Who is eligible?
A school leaver with moderate to high support needs who:
- Is 18 years of age or over
- Has an intellectual, physical or sensory disability
- Is eligible for a service under the NSW Disability Services ACT 1993 and
- Is assessed as eligible by ADHC and
- Is a resident of NSW
Or
Is in a current Community Participation service including people who transferred from the former ATLAS program
Or
Approved to transfer from the Transition To Work program
And
Not undertaking paid employment for more than four hours per week, full time vocational education or higher education
