What is Transition to Work?

The Transition To Work (TTW) Program assists eligible young people to explore their expectations of work and develop employability skills and work readiness through the Certificate I ‘Becoming a Worker’ course.
The programs also includes participation in Job Club, site visits and discussions with guest speakers.

Throughout the program, young people acquire and build on their work and social skills, assertiveness and confidence.
This is gained through undertaking training, participation in work placements, volunteering, community activities, planning social events and sport, culture and recreational activities.
