Who is Essential Personnel
Essential Personnel (EP) has a history of providing a range of programs in the Illawarra for over 20 years providing Specialist Employment Services to people with a disability.
We are a Specialist Employment Agency providing professional services for people with disabilities including training, employment and life skills programs. EP is an incorporated association with a Committee of Management of eight (8) Directors. It reports to both the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and Department of Fair Trading.
Essential Personnel operate the following programs:
Disability Employment Network (DEN) - (Essential Personnel Employment Agency) Assisting people with disabilities and multiple barriers with job seeking, job placement and 'on the job' support in mainstream employment.
Transition to Work (TTW) Program - Assisting Year 12 school leavers with a disability develop a range of Employability Skills to move them through into mainstream employment.
Community Participation (CP) Program - Assisting Year 12 school leavers with a disability to develop a range of Life Skills by participating in community activities.
Essentra Training - providing professional training by qualified trainers in: Certificate III Aged Care, Certificate III and Certificate IV Disability Work, Certificate IV TAA (Training and Assessment) First Aid and a range of WorkCover accredited Occupational Health & Safety Training.
All profit made through Essentra is put back into EP to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
EP's Quality Assurance and Values & Beliefs are integrated into their Strategic Plan
