Essential Personnel ran a safety program for the entire year of 2012. To qualify, an employee had to have no safety violations along with perfect attendance for the month. There was a drawing at the end of each month for 5 winners, who received $20 each. Along with the $20, they were entered to win the grand prize, a 42” flat panel TV. December marked the end of the program, and the winner was drawn.
