Myth 1: I will be charged a fee for Essential Personnel to help me find work. That is simply not true. It is FREE for you to work with us. We are hired by companies that need help filling their open positions. We are here to help you and our client companies find the best fit professionally, at no cost to you.
Myth 2: The only jobs open through a staffing agency are entry level, entry pay and short term assignments.
We have a plethora of opportunities waiting for you! Not only that, but they are constantly changing. We offer anything from one day jobs to direct hires; and entry level to senior management! While we do offer temporary work, most of our job openings are temporary to hire or permanent.
Myth 3: Staffing agencies are not concerned with my personal or career goals.
Our employment consultants love what they do and work diligently every day to make the perfect client/applicant matches. They understand that you have ideas, goals and a life that work needs to fit into. Think of our consultants as your career coach, and work with them to achieve your career goals.
Myth 4: You will earn less working with a staffing agency than finding a job on your own.
This is not true. Our clients work with us because they are busy, don’t have the time to recruit, have too many openings to fill, have too much on their plate or are having a hard time finding the perfect fit. Working with us to find you work can actually open up more opportunities in less time and for the same pay, if not more.
Myth 5: If I work with Essential Personnel, I won’t have any health benefits.
False! We offer health insurance to all applicants that we find work for. Even if you can only perform temporary jobs, or wish to explore a variety of industries through working temporary jobs, you can be insured through us!
